The Chicago Bears will come off of their bye week this Sunday to go up against the Atlanta Falcons. He may have not been with the Chicago Bears last season, but quarterback Jay Cuter was the only opposing quarterback to head to the Falcons’ stadium and win last season.
Cutler recalled what it was like playing there and said, “It’s a loud environment. Sunday night football, it will be even louder so we’ve got to protect the football. They’re a good defense. Matt Ryan, Michael Turner, all those guys will try to do a good job. We’ve got to play our best ball.”
He continued, “We’ve only played four games and there’s a lot of football left for us to improve in that area. We’ve gone against some tough defenses. … We’ve kept ourselves out of third-and-long, which is good. We’ve just got to get a little bit better at third-and-seven and nines.”
The team is much healthier than they were prior to the bye, and they need to get some momentum going in to the rest of the season. After Atlanta, they will face the Bengals in Cincinnati before hosting the Cleveland Browns and the Arizona Cardinals. See them play with Chicago Bears tickets from StubHub.
